Hawaiian Airlines May Day 2026 presented by Bishop Museum
Friday, May 1, 2026
5:00–9:00 p.m.
Hawaiian Airlines May Day 2026 presented by Bishop Museum continues the annual Lei Day tradition by the Brothers Cazimero with Keauhou, the 19-time Nā Hōkū Hanohano award-winning group, returning to headline the concert experience alongside special guests, including Robert Cazimero, Kealiʻi Reichel, Hālau Nā Kamalei o Līlīlehua, Hālau Keʻalaokamaile and co-hosts, Billy V. and Debbie Nakanelua-Richards, director of community & cultural relations at Hawaiian Airlines.
As a production of nonprofit organization Kāhuli Leo Leʻa, the concert will feature performances of mele, hula, and moʻolelo that will not only serve to entertain, but to educate. Producer and executive director, Zachary Lum, explains that “the theme of this year’s show honors a timeless duet, where both Cazimero and Reichel share the stage like never before.” Lum adds, “Robert and Kealiʻi have become synonymous with our place and people — ambassadors through whom we wish the world to see who we are and what we value.”
The cultural celebration will be another memorable chapter in the series of May Day concerts.
The live concert will be on Friday, May 1, from 5-9 p.m. at the Great Lawn of Bishop Museum. Doors open at 5 p.m., show starts at 7 p.m.
All ages are welcome.
