About the Speaker:
Richard L. Pyle, a renowned researcher and explorer, serves as the Director of Natural Sciences and Senior Curator of Ichthyology at Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum. With over 80 research expeditions under his belt, Dr. Pyle’s work focuses on discovering new species and documenting biodiversity in the Indo-Pacific’s coral reef ecosystems. His contributions advance our understanding of these complex environments and support global biodiversity conservation efforts.
