Dino Nights

Get ready, the dinosaurs are back, and theyʻre taking over! Come to Bishop Museum on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for a blast-from-the-past, family-friendly night.

• Explore our new exhibit: Expedition Dinosaur: Into the Deep

• Don’t miss the planetarium show: T. Rex takes over the dome every 30 minutes starting at 5:30 PM. Tickets are just $3 per person for ages 4 and up and can be purchased on-site while supplies last.

• Meet the Museumʻs resident prehistoric superstar, Moʻonui! Our juvenile Tyrannosaurus rex will be out for two meet-and-greet sessions.

• Get your face painted with fun, themed designs!

• Enjoy hands-on activities inspired by land and sea creatures.

• Also join the Hawaiian Astronomical Society and Bishop Museum planetarium staff in viewing the Moon (weather permitting) and participate in activities illuminating the Moon’s craters and beyond.
