Following the talk, artist Kate Righter will offer a hands-on creative activity designed to assist with understanding and remembering complex ideas. Join this guided activity and use simple art and writing techniques to create a unique journal page depicting hidden biodiversity.\nKeiki Activities w/ Ulu Aʻe Learning Center\n5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Flanders Lawn\nActivities include ʻohe kāpala (create a greeting card using stamps), kōnane (outplay your opponent in a two-player strategy board game) and kiʻi pōhaku (collect the most matching petroglyphs). Meet at the staircase in Hawaiian Hall’s front entry tower.\nPlanetarium Shows – The Hawaiian Sky Tonight\n6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. – J. Watumull Planetarium\nEach show is 30 minutes. Tickets are required, reserve at Shop Pacifica upon check-in. Free for members and children under 4, $3 per person general admission. Limited seating.
