ready:

- Program Selection
- Leader/Contact Person

Fees
Student Fees:
- Exhibits/Guided Programs $3.00
- Planetarium Programs $3.00
- Combination of Above $4.00
Extra Adult Fees:
- Exhibits/Guided Programs $5.00
- Planetarium Programs $5.00
- Combination of Above $6.00
Passes or discounts cannot be applied to the school visit fees.
You are eligible for these fees ONLY IF:
- Reservations are made at least two weeks in advance
- You have a minimum of 5 students
- Your students are Hawai‘i residents
- Your students are Preschool - Grade 12
- You bring the required number of chaperones
Groups making reservations less than two weeks in advance:
- $5 per student and $5 per required adult
- Planetarium not available
- Guided tours not available
- There is a $100 minimum fee for a private Planetarium show.
Supervising Adults/Chaperones:
To maintain a quality experience for all of our visitors, please remember that you must bring the required number of supervising adults. Required adults are FREE unless otherwise specified.
- Preschool - K: 1 adult per 5 students
- Grades 1-12: 1 adult per 10 students
Payment:
- School Purchase Orders preferred
- Checks or Cash acceptable
- Pre-payment may sent in anytime after receiving confirmation packet
- Full payment is required no later than one week before your visit to maintain your reservation
Cancellation/Schedule Changes:
- Call as soon as possible, to ensure your school's continuing ability to reserve visits
- Refund issued if cancellation is made one week prior to your visit

Please review all materials prior to your visit.
On the Day of your Museum Visit:
- Bring a copy of School Visit Schedule for ALL adults/chaperones
- Name tags are required for everyone at all times
- Check-in at curbside with completed School Visit Check-in Form
- Groups checking in after 12:00 p.m., please report directly to Eduction Office
- Bring lunches in boxes or bags with school name printed on outside
- Additional payment may be made at the Education Department
All Hawai‘i teachers may visit the museum FREE any day prior to your scheduled visit to become familiar with the Museum grounds and exhibits. Just bring an I.D. to prove you are a teacher.
