Support the Restoration
Several years ago, Bishop Museum launched a $21 million campaign to raise funds for the restoration of its historic Hawaiian Hall. Thanks to generous supporters, the Museum has raised nearly $17 million so far.
But the remaining $4 million is still needed to complete the new state-of-the-art Hawaiian Hall complex.
The Hawaiian Hall Restoration Project is much more than the renovation of a historic building — it ensures the safe keeping of Hawai‘i's rich history and culture. When the new Hall opens, it will be a tremendous source of pride for the people of Hawai‘i.
Please consider making a donation to help complete the restoration of Hawaiian Hall. There are also opportunities to sponsor one of the beautifully restored koa exhibit cases within the Hall. You may also form a hui through your extended family or other group to sponsor a particular case.
Click here to make your donation online. For a limited time, supporters who donate $100 or more to the Hawaiian Hall Restoration Project will receive a complimentary copy of this spectacular poster showing the interior of Hawaiian Hall bathed in sunlight. If you have questions about how you can support the restoration project, please call the Bishop Museum Development Office at 808.847.8281 or email development@bishopmuseum.org.
