Rental Cars
Budget has created special rates and BCD codes for the 2010 ASTC conference. The rates are valid one week before and one week after the conference dates. Click here to download a full listing of the special rates.
The BCD code must be given when calling in your reservation, making reservations online and at time of rental in order to receive the special rates below and to acknowledge your organization appropriately.
All rates are plus 11.11% Concession fee, 4.712% General Excise Tax, Vehicle License Fee, $3.00 per day State Surcharge Tax, $1.00 per day Customer Facility Charge and items such as optional services, additional driver fee, Where 2 GPS navigational system, underage driver fee, refueling services, drop charges, Optional Loss Damage Waiver, Supplemental Liability Insurance, Personal Accident & Effects Insurance and Emergency Sickness Protection Insurance are extra. All rates and fees are subject to change without notice.
Daily rental is based on a 24-hour rental period. Weekly rates are based on 6 or 7 days on one island only. Rates are subject to rental requirements and are guaranteed for this group movement. Cars are subject to availability. A 24-hour advance reservation is required for all off airport Budget Serivce Centers.
Rental requires that each driver be 25 years or older with a valid major credit card in driver's name & signature.
