I am particularly interested in fish distribution within the Hawaiian chain; which species are more predominant and which are less dominant and to see the difference between NWHI and the main Hawaiian Islands, coral distribution and the different kinds of habitats for marine life. I think information from this trip will be available to everyone and then eventually they will use this as a data base to manage the coastal resources. To protect rare, endemic, or endangered species that live in Hawaii.
