| Remarks: This species is most easily distiguished from other jacks and trevalley by the oval yellow spots on the sides of its body. Although it doesn't get exceptionally large, it is one of the better-tasting species of the family. This particular individual is being inspected by a Hawaiian Cleaner Wrasse. |
