Services offered by the Archives
Ordering copies from the ArchivesYou can order copies of photos, artwork, manuscripts, maps, and audio or videotapes from Bishop Museum Archives. Prices and processing times vary. Advance payment is required, by cash, check, or credit card. For long-distance orders, providing a credit card number and expiration date is preferred. Bishop Museum Association members receive a 10% discount.
To re-use any Bishop Museum materials in publications, TV programs, displays, etc., a Usage Rights Agreement form must be filled out (which will be sent with any copies that are ordered.) Use fees will also be charged; the amounts will depend on the type of use. Please contact us for more information.

Starts at $6 and goes upward, depending on total amount of order. For international postage, add 50%.
