Dinosaurs “Unearth” At Bishop Museum Tomorrow
Honolulu, HI – Get ready to be surprised and maybe a little scared at the newest traveling exhibit at Bishop Museum. Dinosaurs Unearthed opens tomorrow morning at the Castle Memorial Building.
“This is one of the most exciting Dinosaur exhibits around today and we are happy to bring it Bishop Museum,” said Timothy Johns, President & CEO.
A 27-foot Tyrannosaurus Rex welcomes visitors to the exhibit before even stepping into the building! Once inside, various dinosaur species seem to observe the onlooker before being seen themselves. Highlights include a feathered juvenile Tyrannosaurus Rex, reflecting recent theories that some dinosaurs were indeed feathered; a baby Triceratops; and a duck-billed Parasaurolophus. The exhibit also includes compelling and engaging interactive activities and multimedia components.
Admission into Bishop Museum which includes access to all five of its exhibit halls and daily activities are: $15.95 for adults, $8.95 for kama‘āina and military; $12.95 for youth ages 4 to 12 and seniors (65+), $7.95 for kama‘āina and military; children ages 3 and under are free.
