As an ambassador of the Bishop Museum, one of Hawaii’s treasured historic attractions, and being the first point of contact to visitors, this position is responsible for creating an experience unique to the world and delivering outstanding customer service by sharing the “aloha spirit” with all visitors through the Bishop Museum’s retail and admissions environment.  In addition, this position is also responsible for the efficient expedition of all Guest transactions as well as ensuring Guest satisfaction and proper control of all sales receipts and merchandise in the retail and admissions environment.  Minimum 1 year prior experience in a retail environment, high school graduate or equivalent.  Ability to converse in Japanese a plus.
