Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal consultation and advisory work involving all areas of the Museum. This includes drafting and reviewing organizational documents that have legal significance, offering opinions and modifications that will enhance the Museum's legal position, and ensuring transactions are legally sound and consistent with the Museum's mission, authority, policy and procedures. Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience or equivalent business experience, including drafting and negotiating legal documents, supervising, organizing, negotiating, resolving conflicts, completing deals, and managing projects.
