Teacher ResourcesResources of teachers to conduct Mars learning in the classroom
We are currently seeking student projects to include in the museum exhibit that represent student visions of a future colony on Mars or an aspect of Mars exploration or colonization. The projects might be visual (drawings, models, displays, etc.) or dramatic (poetry, musisc, skits, etc.). Please contact Kay Fullerton if you have projects that you would like to include or know of a teacher who might be interested. Many of the resources for teachers are currently being developed and will become available over the cource of this spring semester and this summer. Email Kay Fullerton if you want updates, or you can visit the website. soon we'll offer a registration form for teachers on the website to describe their current lessons/projects about Mars. We're always seeking input from teachers on what they most need and would find most useful from the museum to support their teaching goals. If you think of anything related to this porject, please let Kay Fullerton know by email or phone (847-8228).Input is welcomed and encouraged. If you know of any educators who would be interested in To Mars!, just let us know and they will be added to the mailing list, or they may feel free to contact us themselves. |
