What We Will ask you for:

•  3 preferred dates.
•  Grade level(s) to be served.
•  Number of classes and number of students in each.
•  Program choice(s)
• Contact name, school, phone, email, and fax.

Reservations are requested at least four weeks in advance.

We will be flexible and work with you to schedule the programs so they fit into your school's schedule and needs.

Payment

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract that we will provide.

An invoice will be sent two weeks prior to the program date, and payment is due within 14 days following your outreach presentation.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the program are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
