What We Will ask you for: Preferred date Grade level(s) to be served Number of classes and number of students in each Program choice(s) Reservations are requested at least four weeks in advance.

*We be flexible and work with you to schedule the programs so they fit into your school's schedule and needs*

Payment Upon reserving your program, a contract will be mailed to you that should be signed and returned. Title I schools need to send a letter certifying Title I status An invoice will be sent two weeks prior to the program date, and payment is due within 14 days following your outreach presentation. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the program are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
