Book A School Visit

Step 1: Fill out School Visit Request Form below. Please wait for an e-mail confirmation before making travel accommodations.

Step 2: Once e-mail confirmation is received, please fill out and return to us the questionnaire that will be included in your confirmation. This will help us determine what programming to schedule for the day of your visit.

Step 3: Once your day's schedule is set, you will receive a final confirmation, a payment form, the day's schedule and a map to the museum. PLEASE READ ALL DOCUMENTATION and forward to all adults/teachers/chaperones accompanying your school group.

DATE & TIME - Museum hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed Tuesdays. We are currently booked until the end of July 2013. We will begin taking reservations for the Fall 2013 school year in July.

Arrival Time *: Please schedule your bus to arrive at the museum at least 15 minutes before programming begins.

For Preschool and Kindergarten groups: depending on the size of your group, 2 hours is a good amount of time to allow for programming and lunch.
For 1st grade groups and older: depending on the size of your group, 2 1/2 - 3 hours is a good amount of time to allow for programming and lunch.
